Standing in that room, watching the people who’ve served beside you, learned from you, and grown with you fill the theater with applause, it was clear how much impact you’ve had on everyone around you. The way your family, friends, and fellow aircrew showed up spoke volumes about the kind of leader and human being you’ve been over the years.

Your ceremony wasn’t just a milestone, it was a collection of moments that told the story of your time in the Air Force. The laughter that broke through during your stories, the pride on people’s faces, the quiet emotion during the handshakes and salutes, and the way the room rose to honor you all reflected a career built on dedication, skill, and heart.
